Due to the personalized nature of your item, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please send me a message and I would be happy to work with you on a solution that satisfies both parties.

If you received your order and there is an error, please send me a message so that I can get it fixed immediately!

 

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
