How Sizing Works

Decal sizes are measured by the overall dimensions of the design. A 3-inch selection measures 3 inches wide by 3 inches tall, including the complete vinyl design.

No Background Included! This is a cut vinyl decal, not a printed sticker. Any background shown in the product photos is for display purposes only. After application, only the vinyl lettering and design elements remain on your surface.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size Animal with Name decal should I order?

A 3-inch selection measures 3 inches wide by 3 inches tall, including the complete vinyl design. These measurements describe the finished cut-vinyl artwork; no background is included.

Can I choose which animal appears on my decal?

Yes. Use the Animal selector and refer to the animal-options image on this product page.

Can the animal and name have different colors?

Yes. Use Name Color for the name and the optional Animal Color selector for the animal. Your selected animal design and font are separate choices.

Where can I apply this decal?

Apply it to a clean, hard, smooth surface such as many tumblers, water bottles, cups, laptops or car windows. Avoid soft-matte, textured or rubberized finishes.

Can I use this on a tumbler or water bottle?

Yes, provided the surface is clean, hard and smooth. Some powder-coated and soft-matte finishes are not suitable for adhesive vinyl.

Is this vinyl decal waterproof?

The vinyl is water-resistant after proper application. We recommend gentle hand washing and avoiding soaking, dishwashers and microwaves.

Can I see a preview before ordering?

Yes. If you would like a digital preview, contact us with your size and personalization choices before ordering.

Does the decal have a background?

No. This is a cut vinyl decal, not a printed sticker. Once applied, only the vinyl design elements remain, without a surrounding white, clear or square sticker background.

I ordered two

Posted by Rebecca on Jul 22nd 2022

I ordered two different version of this-one for my daughter and one for my son. They came very fast and are great quality. I’ve ordered from here before. Only problem was the “ice blue” one wasn’t as bright as I thought it would be. It went on a green bottle and looked purple, so I reordered in black. Just hard to know color when ordering online, and it was on a different-colored background.
